Proposal for improvement in the implementation of an innovative solid waste collection system in Chancay

Chancay, January 5, 2022. With the participation of the mayor of Chancay, Aurora Dulanto de Balta, representatives of the District Municipality of Chancay (MDCH) and Cosco Shipping Ports Chancay Peru S.A. (CSPCP), an improvement proposal was presented for the implementation of an innovative solid waste collection system for the district of Chancay – Province of Huaral – Department of Lima.

In the hall of aldermen of the District Municipality of Chancay, the consulting company Alenay highlighted the importance of the development of an innovative system of collection of solid waste for the portdistrict, which will benefit in the reduction of polluting waste, recycling, among other benefits.

This proposal is in addition to other projects that are being financed by Cosco Shipping Ports Chancay Peru S.A. The objective of these actions is to contribute to reducing the existing gaps and generating better well-being for families in the port district.
