Presentation of the consultant responsible for the pre-investment study of the citizen security project in Chancay

Chancay, December 15, 2021. With the participation of the mayor of Chancay, Aurora Dulanto de Balta, representatives of the District Municipality of Chancay (MDCH), of Cosco Shipping Ports Chancay Perú S.A. (CSPCP) and the institutions involved in citizen security, a presentation was made by the consultant Renzo Hiyo, responsible for the formulation of the preinvestment study “Improvement and expansion of the comprehensive action capacity to respond to emergency situations and security in the district of Chancay – Huaral Province – Lima Department ”.

In the council room of the District Municipality of Chancay, the consultant Renzo Hiyo highlighted the importance of involving the participation of the various institutions of the port district such as the National Police of Peru (PNP), Serenazgo, Chancay Hospital, Firefighters, etc. , to work on a more comprehensive strategy with prevention plans, training courses, recommendations to improve infrastructure and others for the benefit of the Chancayan population.

This study, whose framework agreement was signed in September of this year, joins other pre-investment projects in sanitation, health and education that have been financed by Cosco Shipping Ports Chancay Perú S.A. The objective of these actions is to help reduce existing gaps and generate better well-being for families in the port district.
